Tours
Tour packages — refund & cancellation
- Less than 15 days prior to start date: 100% of the package cost is charged.
- Less than 30 days prior: 75% of the package cost is charged.
- Less than 45 days prior: 50% of the package cost is charged.
- Less than 60 days prior: 25% of the package cost is charged.
- More than 60 days prior: 10% of the package cost is charged.
Tip: Book flex fares and keep dates tentative until locked — we will help minimize risk.
Safaris
Jeep safari — refunds & changes
Refund
Cancel ≥ 2 days prior — refundable, deducting Payment Gateway Fees & GST of ₹15 per Jeep per Safari.
Reschedule
Date or shift can be changed if you inform us 2 days prior to the safari date.
Park operations are subject to forest authority approvals and weather conditions.
Safaris
Elephant safari — refunds & changes
Refund
Cancel ≥ 7 days prior — refundable, deducting Payment Gateway Fees & GST of ₹26/₹36/₹40 per person per Safari.
Reschedule
Date can be changed if available, or refunded, when informed 7 days prior.
