Cancellation & Refund
1. In case of cancellation, the cancellation & refund will be applicable as per the cancellation policies of each individual service booked.
2. The duration of the process of refunding will depend upon the time taken to process the refund by each individual service.
3. We will immediately refund the amount after the completion of the refunds from each service as a whole to your bank account and will notify you.

Less than 15 days prior to start date: 100% of the package cost would be applicable as a cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days prior to start date: 75% of the package cost would be applicable as a cancellation fee.
Less than 45 days prior to start date: 50% of the package cost would be applicable as a cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days prior to start date: 25% of the package cost would be applicable as a cancellation fee.
More than 60 days prior to start date: 10% of the package cost would be applicable as a cancellation fee.
Jeep Safari
Refund & Cancellation
The advance amount is refundable if you cancel 2 days prior to your safari date deducting the Payment Gateway Fees & GST of amount ₹15 per Jeep per Safari.
Amend/change in booking
We can change the date & shift of your booked safari, if you inform us 2 days prior to your safari date.
Elephant Safari
Refund & Cancellation
The advance amount is refundable if you cancel 7 days prior to your safari date deducting the Payment Gateway Fees & GST of amount ₹26/₹36/₹40 per Person per Safari, whichever amount is applicable.
Amend/change in booking
We can change the date of your safari if available, otherwise refund you, if you inform us 7 days prior to your safari date.
