- Cancellation Policy Reservations can only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total cost (or full payment if within 4 weeks of arrival). Cancellation charges are calculated based on the timeframe before arrival: 10% charge if cancelled 12–16 weeks prior; 20% charge if cancelled 8–12 weeks prior; 30% charge if cancelled 4–8 weeks prior; 50% charge if cancelled 2–4 weeks prior; 100% charge if cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy Children below 5 years stay free without extra bed. Children aged 5–12 years are charged extra bed/mattress fees. Children above 12 years are charged as adults.
- Pet Policy Pets are not allowed on the property to ensure safety and quietness near the national park.
- Check-in / Check-out Standard check-in starts at 1:00 PM, and checkout is required by 11:00 AM.
