Arrival, Monastic Satras & Bamboo Homestay
Morning ferry from Nimati Ghat to Majuli. Check into an authentic bamboo stilt homestay in Kamalabari or Garmur. Visit Garmur Satra to explore historic anti-Mughal brass cannons and learn about its social reform history. Tour Sri Sri Auniati Satra and Dakhinpat Satra. Evening walk through a nearby Mishing village, followed by a home-cooked dinner around the open hearth with roasted fish in leaves (*Patot Diya*).

Mask Workshops, Mishing Culture & Salmora Pottery
Early morning cycle ride along the Brahmaputra embankments to watch sunrise and wetland waterbirds. Visit Samaguri Satra for an interactive mask-painting workshop. Drive east to Salmora village to witness the ancient wheel-less, hand-beaten pottery technique. Enjoy a Mishing lunch with Purang Apin sticky rice. Return to Kamalabari Ghat for the 3:30 PM ferry back to Jorhat.
