Inner Line Permit (ILP) Required for Namdapha National Park
All domestic Indian citizens residing outside the state must obtain an approved Inner Line Permit (ILP) prior to entering Namdapha National Park. Foreign travelers require a Protected Area Permit (PAP) or local registration.

Two permits are required for Namdapha National Park:
- ILP/PAP (Arunachal Entry): Indian citizens need an Inner Line Permit (ILP). Apply online at eilp.arunachal.gov.in or arunachalilp.com (fee: ₹300 up to 3 days, ₹500 beyond 3 days up to 14 days). Foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit (PAP, US$ 50).
- Forest Department Entry Permit: Required specifically for Namdapha National Park. Your tour operator or the Miao Forest Office arranges this. Fees: ₹200 (Indians), ₹1,000 (foreign nationals). Camera fee: ₹200 (still), ₹1,000 (video).
- Guide Requirement: All visitors must be accompanied by a Forest Department-approved guide within the park. Guide fees: approximately ₹1,000-1,500 per day.
