Inner Line Permit (ILP) Required for Pasighat
All domestic Indian citizens residing outside the state must obtain an approved Inner Line Permit (ILP) prior to entering Pasighat. Foreign travelers require a Protected Area Permit (PAP) or local registration.

ILP Required: Pasighat is in Arunachal Pradesh. Indian citizens need an Inner Line Permit (ILP). Apply online at eilp.arunachal.gov.in or arunachalilp.com (fee: ₹300 up to 3 days, ₹500 beyond 3 days up to 14 days). Foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit (PAP, US$ 50). Permits are checked at entry checkposts from Assam.
