- No Elevator Access: The inn is structured across multiple levels atop a hillock. There is no elevator, which may present challenges for guests with severe knee problems or mobility issues.
- No Air Conditioning: Due to the high altitude and cool mountain climate of Cherrapunji, rooms do not have AC. Ceiling fans are provided, and room heaters are available during the chilly winter months (November to February).
- Basic Power Backup: Inverter and generator backup supports lighting and power outlets for charging devices, but heavy-load appliances like room heaters and geysers do not run on generator backup.
- Shared Lounge DTH Television: To promote a peaceful, social environment, television entertainment (DTH) is primarily situated in the shared common lounge rather than individual guest rooms.
- Sohra Water Supply: Hot water is provided via room geysers. In cases of severe mountain power outages, the staff manually delivers hot water in buckets.

- Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before arrival incur a 50% charge of the total booking. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival or no-shows are charged at 100%.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy Children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children between 5 to 12 years are charged extra bed rates. Children above 12 years are charged the full adult rate.
