Inner Line Permit (ILP) Required for Sangti Valley
All domestic Indian citizens residing outside the state must obtain an approved Inner Line Permit (ILP) prior to entering Sangti Valley. Foreign travelers require a Protected Area Permit (PAP) or local registration.

Inner Line Permit (ILP) Required: Sangti Valley is located in West Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh. All domestic Indian citizens must obtain an Inner Line Permit before entering the state. Apply online at the official portal (eilp.arunachal.gov.in or arunachalilp.com). The official tourist eILP costs ₹300 (valid up to 3 days) or ₹500 (beyond 3 days up to 14 days). Permits are verified at the Bhalukpong Border Checkpost on NH13. Foreign nationals require a Protected Area Permit (PAP) arranged through registered tour operators (minimum 2 travelers, USD $50 fee, 30 days validity).
