- No Air Conditioning in Select Rooms: While premium room categories feature air conditioning, some lower-tier rooms rely on Shillong’s cool natural climate and are equipped with ceiling fans and winter room heaters instead.
- Power Backup Limitations: The on-site generator provides backup power for lights, fans, televisions, and charging outlets during power cuts. It does not run geysers or heavy room heaters.
- Traffic and Activity Noise: Being located next to a popular public recreational area means you may occasionally hear weekend crowds, morning walkers, and local traffic during peak daylight hours.
- Hot Water Geysers: Water is heated using individual room geysers. Please allow 10 to 15 minutes of pre-heating time for hot running water.

- Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 100% first-night charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy Children under 5 years stay free of charge using existing bedding. Children aged 5–12 years are charged 30% of the adult rate with an extra bed. Children above 12 years are considered adults.
