- Power Backup Limitations: Generator backup supports lights, televisions, charging outlets, and Wi-Fi. Heavy-load appliances like room heaters and hot water geysers do not run on generator backup.
- Historic Layout Variations: Due to the heritage layout, room shapes, sizes, and floor levels vary. Guests may also experience minor floorboard creaks typical of aged timber structures.
- Hilly Terrain and Steps: The 9-acre estate features sloping stone paths and steps. While golf carts assist with transport, the property may pose challenges for guests with severe mobility issues.
